The Challenge

A pharmaceutical customer wanted to source FitBit bands and have them customized with their corporate logo. The challenge was how to customize the Fitbit without damaging the retail packaging.

ESP’s Solutions

ESP suggested it would be best to source an exercise band with the corporate logo imprinted then wrap the band around the retail packaging. We also included a “10 minute workout” brochure along with a booklet with instructions for each individual to enroll in a company-wide wellness challenge.

The Outcome

The 4300 pieces were successfully fulfilled at our location, delivered to their headquarters and 2100 individual mailing locations around the country. The impact from employees was positive and the client was pleased with the logistics and final results of this project.

The Challenge

Due to inventory issues as a result of a west coast port strike, ESP was at risk of failing to have selfie sticks delivered to a hotel customer’s client event in March.

ESP’s Solutions

After extensive research through multiple channels the ESP team found a company who would be able to fly them in from China, decorate with the client’s logo and deliver in time for their event. ESP worked diligently with the vendor night and day [because of the time difference] to ensure this order would be fulfilled and meet our customer’s expectations.

The Outcome

The client was not only ecstatic to have the product in time but were impressed that we would not let them down and found a solution to the problem to ensure delivery was made in time for their event.

Peter joined ESP in 1997 after holding several sales management positions with Marriott Corporation.  His primary focus and attention at ESP is to the success of the company and their customers.  Everything else will fall into place from there.

In his down time Peter spends it with his wife, friends and their two rescue labs.  He enjoys music, golf and anything related to water.

One of Peter’s favorite quotes by an unknown author is “Respect is earned; Honesty is appreciated; Trust is gained; and Loyalty is returned.”

Becky has been with ESP since 2004. Starting in client services, she quickly advanced and is now the Senior Manager, Operations & Accounts. She is the primary contact for current customers and strives to provide absolute satisfaction.
